Commissioned by the Town Council to design a new cafe concession for the seafront serving walkers and holidaymakers, Arca proposed a striking asymmetric object. The building became an instant landmark, clad in bright stainless steel, with glazing framing views from town to the beautiful sweep of Morecambe Bay.
